## About the Expert
For over 15 years, Susanne P. Radtke has developed and applied her distinctive, action-oriented workshop methodology across the United States, Germany, Indonesia, and beyond — enabling teams to navigate cross-cultural complexity and foster high-impact collaboration.

## Workshop Formats
The intercultural workshop program includes two distinct categories: Competence and Design.

### 1. Intercultural Competence Workshops
Participants explore how culture shapes perception, communication, leadership, feedback, and problem-solving.
- **Action over Theory:** Real-Life Simulation, Core Competencies (tolerance for ambiguity), Personal Growth & Orientation.
- **Methodological Implementation:** Interaction (Serious Games like "Greeting Culture"), Creativity (Metaphor painting, embodiment exercises), Reflection (Peer-to-peer case consultancy).
- **Variants:**
  - Option A: 1 to 1.5 Days (Compact Preparation)
  - Option B: 2.5 to 3 Days (Extended Preparation)
  - Option C: 1 Week (Intensive Project Week with Design Thinking and Global Expert Sessions)

### 2. Intercultural Design Workshops
Competence becomes applied practice. In mixed international teams, participants develop media design projects through research, brainstorming, storyboarding, and final production.
- **Goals:** Prepare students for intercultural teamwork, enhance global communication skills, and develop animation/design skills.
